I visited The Gibbled Goose for the first time yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed both wonderful meals but also excellent service- i think i ate the best Fish and Chips i have eaten in a long time and your staff produced an excellent ( and truly British) Shandy. My friend raced about her Guinness steak and mushroom pie and Mocktail too. We will spread the word about what a hidden treasure your estavlishment is!! Thank you🤗👍

While away at a vball tournament our group of 19 found ourselves in need of a last minute dinner reservation due to a massive power outrage. The good people at the Gibbled Goose two towns over made room for us on very short notice. The food is delicious and homemade. The service was warm and gracious. And the menu is priced for the whole family. Highly recommended!

This past weekend we ordered takeout from the Gibbled Goose for our family gathering. Lorraine and her team were amazing and we were able to pre-order a few days in advance and plan our pick up time. Although it was a busy Saturday afternoon our order was ready on time and beautifully organized by name which made it so easy once we got home. The food was delicious and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their menu choice. The portion sizes were perfect so nothing went to waste. Takeout containers were either compostable or recyclable too which I appreciated. Thank you Gibbled Goose for an amazing first experience. We will definitely not hesitate to order again and hope to come and dine in soon!
Note: below I indicated $20-30 per meal but that includes tax and tip… most meals were $16-23

Our first visit was Feb 18. So many good things to write about. I had the 2 pc fish and a side caesar salad. Both were excellent. My wife had the curry pie, and LOVED IT. Highly recommended if curry if your bowl. Sister in law had the fish and chips and was blown away. Music selection and the vibe was amazing. Our waitress (I assume the owner?) was so pleasant, quick and professional. Very patient with our toddler who was running around a bit. Much appreciated. A local gem of a place. A great local place we will be bringing more business to.

If you are looking for excellent comfort food with a home-cooked essence, this is the place for you! They have a large menu with lots of variety. The fish and chips are absolutely fantastic. I have eaten here a handful of times on my own but recently I took my whole family. The servers are very friendly and provide fast and efficient service. You really experience a family environment, however watching the game with your buddies here would be a lot of fun. They have lots of live entertainment on weekends as well.
Lastly, the owner of this restaurant always checks in and provides a personal experience. A nice touch for a warm and friendly place to enjoy a meal. Go see for yourself!!!

What a terrific place for a REAL pub meal.
My friends and I had been planning to check out The Gibbled Goose for quite a while and when we finally followed through in mid-May our only regret was not doing it sooner.
OUTSTANDING quality pub fare, with fish and chips that are definitely five star.
EXCELLENT service that says this is an establishment that cares about ensuring its customers have a great time (take a bow Ben!)
We are looking forward to getting back there very soon to start working our way through the menu! (Actually the fish and chips was so good we may have to do a repeat on that before we decide to spread our wings! 😉)
